The change is mostly inside

Of me, of you

Asking of what

That is what we’re asking

Wondering if it’s what it is

Our own feelings we possess

To take us a trip around the world your ground

You stand for us

The quest you seek

Driven against the soul

Your wish to forget

Hold me

Hold yourself

Against the ropes of uncertainty

To bound together

For we were

We ARE

The stand what you provoke inside your mind

The dangerous path you’ve corrupted

For it is you and only you alone

Who hear the voices inside yourself

Your skin that tells you you’re not enough for this world

For me, for you

Holding ourselves against the ropes of uncertainty

To somehow make what’s impossible possible

For the sake of what’s to come

So we can say, we’ve tried.

And now –

We let go.
